RemedyAP was engaged to perform a comprehensive condition assessment of a Stacker and Reclaimer unit located at the Hay Point Terminal in North Queensland. Owned by the BHP Mitsubishi Alliance and managed in collaboration with AECOM, this project was essential to maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of one of Australia’s largest coal export facilities. RemedyAP’s team conducted detailed inspections to evaluate the structural and mechanical condition of the unit, identifying potential risks and recommending actionable solutions.
The assessment was executed with minimal disruption to operations at Hay Point Terminal, a critical hub in the global supply chain for metallurgical coal. RemedyAP’s methodology combined advanced diagnostic tools and on-site expertise, delivering accurate insights that support the long-term reliability of the infrastructure.
